The information here is general and is not advice for your property. Prices are "from" prices, have no VAT to add and are confirmed in a fixed fee after we check your property's constraints. Council application fees are paid to the council separately. Planning and building control decisions are made by the council or building control body, so we cannot promise an approval or a decision date.

The sample drawings are illustrative sheets drawn for this website, not drawings of a real project and not for construction. The card model of a London house on our pages is illustrative and was built for this website.
